Gewinnung von Bilddaten: Automatisierung in der Diagnostik am Beispiel der Kornea

This book describes a dedicated process chain to obtain and subsequently amalgamate imaging data. Both processes involve substantial new technologies, which are introduced and described in detail. The concept as presented enables the automation of extensive imaging, a process with particular relevance to medical diagnosis. The presented methods are illustrated through imaging the nerve plexus in the central cornea.
